This stylish one-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the heart of The Lanes, Brighton’s most iconic and vibrant neighbourhood. Just a short stroll from the seaside and Brighton Pier, you’ll enjoy the fresh coastal air and even catch a glimpse of the sea from the apartment itself. Surrounded by independent boutiques, buzzing bars, top-rated restaurants, and lively attractions, everything you need for a memorable stay is right on your doorstep.

The apartment features one versatile bedroom that can be set up with either a luxurious king-size bed or two comfortable twin beds—just let us know your preference when booking. For an additional guest, there’s a sofa bed located in the open-plan living area. This space also benefits from a closing door, allowing for added privacy and flexibility during your stay.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, plus complimentary basics like oil, tea, and coffee. There’s a washing machine with laundry supplies, a drying rack, and an iron for convenience. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a large shower with complimentary toiletries. Fresh towels, bedding, extra blankets, and cushions are provided, along with a hairdryer and a travel cot available on request.

Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, but we’re always happy to offer early check-in or late check-out whenever possible—free of charge. Just let us know in advance, and if we can accommodate it, we will. Check-in is simple and flexible via a secure lock box, with the code sent to you on the day of arrival, so there’s no need to schedule your arrival time. You're free to arrive at your leisure—and we're always on hand if you need anything during your stay.
