Our beautiful third-floor, two-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Brighton’s iconic Lanes, on charming Bartholomews (BN1). Tucked away in a quieter square yet just moments from the beach, Brighton Pier, and the buzzing seafront, you’ll also be steps from independent shops, vibrant cafes, restaurants, and the city’s famous quirky charm. It’s the ideal base to explore everything Brighton has to offer—all within easy walking distance.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each offering flexible sleeping arrangements with the choice of a king-size bed or two twin beds—perfect for families, friends, or colleagues travelling together. In the large open-plan living area, there’s also space for an additional luxury single bed, ideal for an extra guest, along with the convenience of its own separate toilet. We’re also happy to provide a cot for little ones on request, making the apartment a comfortable and versatile space for guests of all ages.

The apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for friends and family during your stay. You’ll also find a washing machine with complimentary laundry supplies for your convenience. Fresh linen and towels are provided, along with complimentary toiletries for both the shower and bath. A Smart TV is included for your entertainment, and every detail has been thought of to ensure you have a comfortable, home-from-home experience.

Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, but we’re always happy to offer early check-in or late check-out whenever possible—free of charge. Just let us know in advance, and if we can accommodate it, we will. Check-in is simple and flexible via a secure lock box, with the code sent to you on the day of arrival, so there’s no need to schedule your arrival time. You're free to arrive at your leisure—and we're always on hand if you need anything during your stay.
